We are a well-established family-owned building contractor who specialise in domestic construction work, ranging from small-scale re-development to large high specification new builds. We are currently in the process of expanding our team and are looking to employ someone to undertake general maintenance and snagging in our developments and new builds. You’ll be working from our sites in Wrexham and Chester as part of a reputable team, working within a growing company.
You’ll be working as part of a flexible, small team, ensuring work on each site is completed on time and to the highest possible standards, whilst adhering to health and safety procedures.
Role:
Working with our team and subcontractors, you will visit customers’ homes to attend to snagging repairs and finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- On site snagging
- Painting
- Finishing touches
- Liaising with customers
Essential:
- You will need proven experience gained within the building and construction industry, and must deliver a high standard of work
- Full UK driving licence
What is in it for you?
- An hourly rate of £12-£14 per hour.
- Permanent contract, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Flexibility will be required to meet business and customer needs, including occasional evening / weekend work.
