We are an eco-conscious small health store looking for a motivated and environmentally-conscious individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor. As the Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and eco-friendly store environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage store inventory and restock as needed
- Manage the store's financials, including cash and credit card transactions and inventory tracking
- Assist with online sales and social media management
- Instore promotions and seasonal displays
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desirable criteria:
- Passion for the environment and sustainability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and e-commerce platforms)
- Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Knowledge of health products and natural remedies
- Ability to work well in a team
